Your Essentia mattress must be unboxed within 30 days of delivery to keep your warranty valid.

Our mattresses are compressed and rolled for shipping, but keeping them compressed for too long can cause structural damage or condensation inside the packaging.

Not ready for delivery yet? If you need to coordinate your order with your move-in date, contact our Customer Care team before placing your order. We may be able to arrange shipment closer to when you're ready to receive your mattress.
