Essentia proudly manufactures its organic foams and materials in Canada and completes final mattress assembly at our state-of-the-art facility in Boca Raton, Florida.

For over 21 years, we’ve been advancing organic mattress manufacturing with a hands-on approach that gives us greater control over our materials and production process.

From raw materials to finished mattress

Our manufacturing process begins in our GOLS-certified organic facility in Canada, where we produce our patented organic foam formulas and other organic materials, including latex and textiles. 

Once these materials are ready, they move to our Boca Raton facility for final mattress assembly. This two-location process brings together our specialized organic material manufacturing expertise in Canada and our final assembly operations in the United States. 

More than mattress assembly

There’s an important difference between assembling a mattress from purchased components and manufacturing the materials that go into it. Essentia invests in both, allowing us to oversee key stages of production, from creating our organic foams to assembling the finished mattress.
