Essentia is proud to hold two leading certifications for organic materials: GOLS (Global Organic Latex Standard) and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). These standards help verify the sourcing, handling, and traceability of organic materials throughout the supply chain.

GOLS: Global Organic Latex Standard

Essentia operates a GOLS 3.0-certified manufacturing facility (CU 847578), approved to manufacture certified organic finished goods.

Our mattresses and pillows are made with certified organic latex, and our products are certified to the applicable GOLS requirements. GOLS-certified organic latex must contain at least 95% certified organic latex in the latex material, subject to the standard’s criteria. Organic latex is a key component of Essentia’s patented Beyond Latex™ foam formulas.

GOTS: Global Organic Textile Standard

GOTS is a leading standard for organic textiles. It includes environmental and social criteria, with independent certification covering the textile supply chain.

Essentia's sheet sets are GOTS Certified Organic. All Essentia mattresses and pillows feature a GOTS certified removable cover.
