I ordered the wrong item! Can I update my order?Updated 2 years ago

At Essentia, customer satisfaction is first and foremost. As long as your order has not yet left our GOLS and GOTS-certified organic factory, we will be happy to accommodate modifications or additions to your existing order.

If we have not shipped your order yet, we can adjust the items or sizes on your order. Please note, that changing your mattress model or size, may require production and as such, the order would be delayed to account this the new mattress lead time. 

If your order has already shipped, and you need to change the size of the mattress or mattress model a 9% exchange fee will apply.
