Here’s how your warranty works:

• Years 1–3: Full replacement coverage for issues that qualify under the terms of your warranty, at no charge.

• Years 4–20: Prorated coverage, providing credit toward a future Essentia mattress purchase according to the terms of your warranty.

Important unpacking requirement: Essentia mattresses are compressed and rolled for shipping and must be unpacked within 30 days of delivery. Failure to unpack your mattress within this timeframe will void your warranty. Prolonged compression can cause structural damage or condensation buildup.
