Your Essentia mattress comes with a 20-year limited warranty because we believe your investment in better sleep should be protected for the long haul. For the first 3 years, we have you fully covered. Should anything fall under the terms of the warranty, you will receive a complete replacement at no charge. After that, you have an additional 17 years of prorated coverage, meaning you always retain real credit toward your next Essentia upgrade. No matter where you are in the life of your mattress, your warranty still has value.

Essentia mattresses are compressed and rolled for shipping. It is incumbent on the consumer to unpack the mattress within 30 days of receiving the mattress. Failure to do so will void your warranty. A Mattress that is compressed for a prolonged period can have structural damage and/or condensation from being packaged for an extended period of time.
