Essentia pillows are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Due to the personal nature of pillows and hygiene considerations, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

What if my pillow arrives damaged or has a product defect?

If your pillow arrives damaged or has a qualifying product defect, you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, rather than a refund. Essentia pillows are also backed by a 1-year warranty for eligible product defects.
