Essentia's return policy is designed with the intention of offering the best possible experience to our customers while also considering sustainability and hygiene factors. As a zero-waste company, we prioritize mattress returns as they can be inspected and, if in good condition, donated to charities under our Betterhood program. This way, we can contribute positively to the community and minimize waste.
Given the personal nature of pillows, returns are only accepted in the event that the product is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. This means all Essentia pillows are final sale, however, they do carry a 1-year warranty to protect your investment.
