Can I remove the need for signature upon delivery via FedEx?Updated 2 years ago

All Essentia orders shipped via FedEx ship with the need for signature upon delivery. If you know that you will not be home, and trust that your item will be safe if left unattended, then you can reach out to our customer care team via email to request the item ship without signature. You will be provided with a FedEx signature release form to complete, and this process needs to be done prior to shipping. 

Once shipped, we are unable to remove the signature requirement. In this case, you would have to ensure someone is at home to accept the delivery, change the day of delivery with FedEx if you have a FedEx account, or request that FedEx hold the item for pick up.
