Can I change my shipping address?Updated 2 years ago

At Essentia, customer satisfaction is first and foremost. As long as your order has not yet left our GOLS and GOTS-certified organic factory, we will be happy to accommodate modifications or additions to your existing order.

This means we can easily adjust the shipping address of your order as long as it has not shipped. 

In the event that your order has already shipped, and it is shipping via FedEx, the first step would be for you to call FedEx to put in a request to change the delivery address. Then reach out to our customer care team via email to confirm this has been done so that our shipping team may also go in to adjust the delivery address on our end. In most cases, this will delay the delivery of the mattress.
