If you need to cancel your order, we're happy to help. Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet left our GOLS-certified organic factory.

If your mattress order has already shipped but has not yet been delivered, a 9% cancellation fee will apply.

For accessories: Once organic pillows, sheets, toppers, or other accessories have shipped, they cannot be canceled.

If you'd like to cancel your order, please chat with us as soon as possible so we can review its status and help you with the next steps.
