Quality service is our commitment, as long as your order has not left our GOLS and GOTS certified organic factory you may cancel your order.

In the event that your order has already shipped, and has not yet been delivered to you, your cancellation is subject to a 9% cancellation fee.

If your order is of organic pillows, sheets, toppers, or other accessories and it has already been shipped we cannot accept cancellations.
