My return has been picked up, when will I get my refund?Updated 7 months ago

Refunds are generally processed up to 45 days after the date the returned mattress was picked up from your home. This accounts for transit time, as well as inspection by the ATR team. Once approved, the refund is processed to your original form of payment minus the 9% fee that applies to returns or exchanges.
