Yes! Essentia offers free shipping to your door via FedEx on all orders within the contiguous United States.
We’ve also invested in a specially designed roll-pack machine that compresses and rolls our mattresses into compact boxes, reducing the space they occupy on delivery trucks by up to 75%.
How does standard shipping work?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery hours: Typically Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 7 PM, during normal operating hours.
Signature required for mattress deliveries: Someone must be available to sign for your mattress delivery. All other items ship without signature required.
Delivery attempts: If you’re unavailable for the first attempt, FedEx will make two additional attempts and leave a delivery notice after each attempt.
Scheduling: Essentia cannot arrange a specific delivery date or time window through standard FedEx shipping.
Delivery location: FedEx delivers to your door. Room-of-choice delivery, unpacking, and setup are not included.
Please note that deliveries to buildings without elevator access will be made to the building entrance.
Can I have my mattress delivered and set up in my room?
Absolutely! You can upgrade to Ryder In-Home Delivery for $299 per mattress or foundation.
This service includes:
Delivery to the room of your choice
Unpacking and setup of your new mattress and/or foundation
Removal of packaging and debris
Optional removal of your old mattress for recycling
Ryder will contact you to schedule your delivery date and time window. Please note that old foundations and other furniture cannot be removed.
Important: If you purchase an Align X Adjustable Base, Ryder In-Home Delivery is required. Service availability varies by location. If your address is outside an eligible service zone, our Customer Care team will contact you to discuss available options.
Do you ship outside the contiguous United States?
Yes! We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and international addresses. However, free shipping does not apply, and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs and any additional fees that may apply.
We require a complete shipping address and cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO addresses.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
Orders going to remote areas may incur an additional shipping charge. If this applies to your order, our Customer Care team will contact you before shipping.
